What If I Don't Like The Project Proposal?
We will be in constant communication with you throughout the process ensuring the end result will be to your satisfaction, however, if you feel you are not happy with the proposal then please let us know as soon as possible.
What Is The Expected Turn Around Time?
Depending on the size of the project it could take from 1 day to a few days but we endeavor to output the highest quality design in the fastest time possible.
What Are The Ownership Rights on Final Artwork?
The file ownership belongs 100% to the client once they approve and payments are processed. We do regular backups of our work so will have file archives on hand should anything happen to the client’s copies of the artwork.
