Learning your business?
Before beginning the process of building a social media strategy for your business we like to learn about your business and what makes you unique to your competitors. Creating a solid working relationship will help us to know your business, services, and products and how to represent your brand online.
Creating a social media strategy
It all depends on what your goal is for your business using social media. Whether it be an increase in your website visits product sales or just general enquiries, we will use this information and create the strategy and content around it.
What is included in the strategy?
The strategy will include a breakdown of each post that is created for each social media platform your business will use along with the post’s content and date to be published. The strategy will use a digital image template and featured image that will consist of your business’s branding. If you have photographs or images you would like to use we will ensure these are included within your strategy.
Profile creation
As part of the initial consultation, the choice of which social media platforms your business will be on will be discussed and setup setup steps will be taken.
What content type is best for content posts?
This all depends on what sections of your business you would like to promote. Your business could be service-orientated which may use video to best display said services or an online shop with products you would want to sell which may use images. These decisions are usually made in the initial consultation where we can guide you in the correct direction.
What information is required from me the business owner?
This purely relies on the post type you select but high resolution images and video are always a must.
Social media paid adverts
If you would like to reach a much wider audience we can set up an advert campaign with a budget for your business.
Benefits of outsourcing social media management
As a business owner or entrepreneur, you would want to do it on your own but you may find yourself being too busy in other areas of running your business. Using a social media manager will help you to increase your online presence whilst keeping a professional appearance for your brand.
